Parts Department

Our helpful and friendly staff are enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that we can provide quality genuine parts at competitive prices.

Our emphasis on investment in training means our busy team of 10 has a wealth of experience and knowledge, which will guarantee that your experience with us is a positive and enjoyable one.

Stock Holding and Spare Part Availability

As a leading UK parts and machinery importer and distributor we carry over 17,000 lines in stock and have easy access to over 500,000 further lines from a range of over 30 brands. Orders are placed regularly from our key suppliers and many offer a next day delivery service.

For our own brand machinery, AL-KO, Ardisam, DR and Mitox, you can be reassured that you are coming straight to the source for parts and information. 
Unlike many out-of-town superstore retailers we support every machine we sell. Our close relationship with the manufacturers means there is a high standard of parts availability and technical support across all of the brands that we cover.

Spare parts ordering and identification

We have invested extensive time and effort into making it as easy as possible to find the right part every time. Our cutting edge parts lookups and identification aids, coupled with trained staff and many years of experience all work together to make the process as quick and smooth as possible.

Identification of garden machinery parts is a surprisingly complex business! With so many brands and models available, plus the vast array of older machines still in regular use, it is imperative that we have the correct information to find the part you need.

To help us get the right part for you we require the machine model and serial number and year of manufacture. Where engine parts are required, often there will be a separate model and type number specifically for the engine. These details are vital in order to correctly and efficiently identify and supply spare parts.

Armed with this information and details of the part you require, we can quickly identify what you need, plus its price and availability while you wait.
On rare occasions where the brand is not one we support, we always attempt to provide a contact to another company who can assist.

The Parts Department Offers

• Postal Deliveries - We can deliver parts direct via First Class Royal Mail at a cost of £3.50 or via our  carriers Interlink or City Link from a cost of £6.00.

• Customer Collections – Spare parts can be ordered and reserved and customer collections can be made here at  our parts counter.

• Chain Services - We stock Oregon chains and can cut and join chains to suit any chainsaw and bar size whilst  you wait. In addition to stocking a wide range of Oregon chainsaw chains, we also stock many types of  chainsaw bars and sprockets and not just for the brands of machine we sell – we supply Oregon sprockets, rims and bars to fit almost every brand of saw. Filing, sharpening, axes and hand held cutting equipment and advice is also available.

• Safety Equipment – Be protected, we have a comprehensive range of safety accessories, clothing and footwear  from recognised brands including Oregon and Husqvarna.

• Oils, Grease and Lubrication – We stock two stroke, four stroke, 10/40, hydraulic and transmission, chain  oil and grease in a range of sizes from 125ml ‘One Shots’ to 25litre drums.

• Fuel Mixing Bottles/ Jerry Cans/ Fuel Cans – Store and mix your fuels safely and at the correct ratio.

• Service Kits – These kits comprise of key service items, including filters, spark plugs and oils and are an  excellent way to save money and take care of your garden equipment.

• Tractor/Lawnmower Covers – Protect your machinery from the mice and the elements!!

• Trimmer line – Line of varying lengths and thickness to suit electric and petrol, domestic and commercial  equipment.

• Brush cutter Blades and Heads– We can help identify the most suitable blade or cutting head for the application.

• Merchandise – We have on display a range of the latest John Deere Toys, clothing, overalls and merchandise.

• Gardening Tools - Hand held gardening tools, gloves and accessories will cater for all your gardening needs or can make the ideal gift.

• Helpful, Friendly Advice – At Rochfords' our advice is impartial and unbiased. The Parts Department works closely with the in-house Sales and Service departments to provide the best technical information and  support we can. Whether it’s advice on a new machine, troubleshooting a problem or finding the right part  for your needs we will do our very best to find you the information you require.
